At BANG PACK LA, we pride ourselves on providing premium cannabis products with discreet and reliable delivery. Because of the nature of our products, we must follow strict health and safety regulations. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to cannabis industry regulations, we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, used, or tampered with. However, we do allow returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item in your order.

  • Your package was lost in transit and never delivered.

All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cannabis products (flowers, edibles, concentrates, vapes).

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale).

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged orders.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first before sending anything back.

5. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send the product.

  • In most cases, we cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

  • You are responsible for safe packaging and shipping of returned products.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.
